- Payment information when you purchase access (processed by Stripe — I do not store card details)
- Records of essays you submit for feedback
- Records of your test activity and progress on the platform
How I use your information
- To provide you with access to the platform and its features
- To process your payment via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Resend
- To respond to your enquiries
Third-party processors
Your data is processed by the following third parties:
- Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy
- Supabase (database hosting) — supabase.com/privacy
- Resend (transactional email) — resend.com/privacy
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
